Said the following about Roger Johnson:

“Throughout COVID, Roger kept two manufacturing depots fully operational by implementing strict regimes and ensuring that each facility and areas were fully segregated and also "bubble" were formed in line with government mandates, which resulted in 2% of the workforce testing positive, this allowed for the manufacturing depots to run at 100% efficiency for the full duration and also that no project was delayed or hampered. The second regime was that all projects for site personnel were stringently planned including travel to and from site, on-site pre-COVID testing regime was mandated and relevant bubbles were formed and this kept all sites fully operational with no projects cancelled. The third of these regimes was that all the ONTRACK plant was fully sanitized pre and post shift by each and every operator that used the plant the methodology used to dissolve ChlorTabs (Effervescent chlorine tablets) into an appropriate container, spraying a fine mist sanitizing the cab, this was also used for all vehicles within LPL's fleet including the low loaders. Roger also supported the NHS Cheshire East by face fit/testing all Doctors and nurses that were using the hot hubs so that the public could be seen in person, as this was a new procedure which was in line with HSE guidelines for face fit/testing, in addition he ensured that the supply of these face fit masks and compatible safety glasses were used at all times by requesting the support from organizations within industry. Risk assessments were undertaken by Roger to ensure that the airborne dangers were mitigated. Roger also ensured that risks could be minimized by using the correct safety PPE and procedures for himself and all trained personnel.“
