“The TSOM team at Victoria truly embody GTR's strapline 'We're with you' as a non-customer facing team they always champion the customer with every activity they undertake.
Although a team of 5, there is only one of them on shift at any one time. They all display the attributes of passion, determination and dedication to ensuring the train service runs in and out of Victoria without any issues.
They can deal with any and all distribution at London Victoria, one of the busiest stations in the UK. They do all this whilst remaining positive, upbeat and dedicated to ensuring our passengers receive the train service they so rightly deserve.
They are all individually able to remain focused and pro-active when the train service is deteriorating. They never lose sight of the importance of the work they do.
The team are based in a small room at the station and the ultimate goal is to ensure our passengers never have to even consider there is a team of dedicated rail professionals working relentlessly to ensure their trains arrive and depart on time.
Over the past 5 months the hard work of the team, in conjunction with their frontline colleagues has achieved a 6% increase in right-time starts. Which in itself is an achievement to be celebrated.“

They work closely with ground staff on the platform and staff in the signal box to ensure a single, clear message is delivered to the passengers at Victoria. They are all heroes!“
