This was a plus one type travel facility for those who may be single, or who have lost a partner, and would like to take another family member or friend with them. She put her idea out to the business through our discussion forum Yammer. This got a lot of support from the people at Virgin and just last month has been agreed within the business as part of the travel facilities. This is a fantastic result for the teams at Virgin. All down to a little idea that grew into a big reality! Theresa is a very caring member of the team in Glasgow and this is just like her to be looking out for others!“
