Our fleet team has recently introduced many industry and UK firsts to improve the passenger experience. Thee include the launch of free 4G-enabled Single-Sign-Up Wi-Fi across all carriages, not just first-class and on-board passenger information screens linked to real-time DARWIN data.
We also launched the very first direct service from Beverley to London Kings Cross. The service has proved to be very popular with passengers and a popular investment that is supporting local tourism and creating opportunities for future business success.“
