“Steve Whelan has introduced several new products as part of projects over the last few years to the North West. He goes beyond the role of a project engineer however, looking to embed the systems, support the maintainer throughout the life of the systems, lead training courses, and provide guidance in the ongoing maintenance and faulting of systems introduced. Steve always makes himself available day and night, and reacts instantly to any call for help. He is very quick to share of his knowledge from years of experience, and is keen for all that come into contact with the systems to improve their competence. He has given tours of the new Manchester ROC to people through all level of the company, in order to improve how the facility is used, and can communicate equally well to qualified engineers, and interested stakeholders.“
