Mark Eastwood

Said the following about Sharon Hall:

“Since 2012, our most senior therapist, Sharon Hall, has treated over 500 cases of train crew involved in incidents of railway suicide, and hundreds of others with mental health conditions.

I'd really like Sharon to be recognised for the work she has done within the industry on a daily basis, not just as a therapist treating these people, but for her dedication to developing a unique, industry leading approach to treatment, that delivers successful outcomes, even in cases where previous therapy hasn't been able to help.

Without a doubt, she has more working knowledge and experience, of treating rail employees, than any other UK therapist or welfare organisation.

Her continued development of new methods to deliver successful outcomes has been described as 'Life Changing' in the past two years, Sharon has successfully rehabilitated 30+ people who were suicidal and with imminent, achievable plans for suicide.

The work she does is without parallel within the rail industry.

Please consider recognising her skills in this category.

Very much appreciated.“
