His relationship skills are second to none, and this coupled with his never faltering long term thinking has spearheaded the forging and maintaining of several relationships between his contracts and many of their stakeholders. This extends to numerous members of his client Northern Trains, the British Transport Police, charitable organisations such as; Shelter, Railway Mission and the Railway Children's Champion Charity. All of this, we must add, is a network wide stretching from Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire in the North West, to the whole of Yorkshire, and as far as Northumberland in the North East.

Everything Saul does is done so with the intent and commitment needed to ensure that others are inspired by his efforts. His ambition and passion are infectious, and under his leadership, the Northern Trains Travel Safe Officer and Counter Terrorism Security Officer operations have gone from strength to strength with them being described as "industry leading" and "best in class". This is only possible due to Saul's true and full dedication to not only our client but every officer within our ranks, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a highly positive staff morale whilst ensuring a successful operation.

Saul leads from the front and ensures it is only the example that he sets that he then expects others to follow. This year he has overseen the incorporation of a new operation within the Northern Trains/Amulet partnership, in which its success was only made possible by ensuring the upholding of his very own high standards and compliance. This has resulted in an extremely successful mobilisation and what is now another ever glowing operation. As a great leader always should, but often fails to do, Saul's most admirable trait is his insistence to ensure that it’s the hard work of others that is first and foremost recognised and ultimately rewarded above his own, despite the fact that others work is only made possible with Saul's fantastic guidance and mentoring.“
