Manoj has an excellent work ethics, is totally committed to his role and acts in a selfless manner, he rarely misses special events either volunteering at them or running them.
He demonstrates going above and beyond in so many ways in everything he does.
In his most recent years as Station Manager he has been the lead for the Royal Ascot week and this coincides with his birthday and this is kind of act of selflessness that he demonstrates as he still gives up his personal time to support these weeks even putting his celebrations second to the task of supporting the business, colleagues and customers over personal life. (there are many others I could quote).
What I truly respect about Manoj is his passion for doing his absolute best in everything he does and looking for the best in everyone. (I draw a line at his very funny flash mob dance video on the platform) however this just shows how he brings FUN to work and gets his colleagues involved.
Manoj, has held numerous posts in SWT/R over the years all delivered with the passion we have all become accustom to see from him.
