“Vicky may be the boss but this never stops her working trains, if we are short staffed she is the 1st to get things moving again. Early morning late nights she just gets on with it. She must be knackered some days but does whatever she can. She also does it with a smile on her face. Customers getting there is her goal and she makes sure it happens whenever possible. I also find Vicky is approachable if you need her and really does want what's best.“
