She has gone through so much trouble since starting - all the massive delays and disruptions and trouble all seem to be on her shift, but she always fights through it and does an outstanding job. She will always make sure the station facilities are spotless even when her shift is busy and full of problems.
I have never worked with someone who works as hard as Rochelle. She is always on time, has exceptional customer service skills and always manages to calm passengers down. I believe she should be up there for winning award - for everyone who knows Rochelle, they will know exactly what I mean.“
