When I was suffering from vertigo, he stood at the top of staircase to prevent people from charging down towards me which would have been very disorienting.
His thoughtfulness and quick thinking prevented distress for me whilst climbing the stairs ( as the lift was not working at the time).
He deserves recognition for his actions and for how he is always ready to assist myself and other passengers at all times.“
