Said the following about Richelle Walsh:

“Richelle is a dedicated and enthusiastic member of the stations team, based at Greenfield station, who has been repeatedly acknowledged by staff and customers alike for her caring, cheerful approach to customer service and the extra mile wherever possible to improve the customer experience.

Richelle always pays attention to the little details that improve the customer experience; from keeping her station immaculate, always ensuring Schedule 17 hours are met and often exceeded when customers need her, to even providing seat pads at her own expense for the comfort of the customers sitting in the waiting room.

Richelle thinks of the station as a second home, even providing her own tasteful seasonal decorations to brighten up the atmosphere during the cold winter months. She is on first name terms with many of her customers, who trust her implicitly to deliver exactly the sort of customer service they expect and is a real asset to the team
