“Rianna has not been with SWR for not much longer than a year but has made an instant impact as a CB1. She took the initiative to try and take on extra duties and find ways of challenging how we do things. Most importantly she has been a shining light in the train presentation team's (network wide!) delivery of SQE. She fully manages the transport system for our mystery shopper failures and keeps us on top of rectifications. Despite being new to the business she takes ownership of communicating with the production & TP teams and also staff at Waterloo! Rianna's lead on SQE has been second to none.
She will quickly identify the failures and coordinate the rectification whether that is closing our excess litter reports or having our graffiti vinyl patch team attend the unit. She will ensure labels are replaced and will track units that are away from the depot. Even being young and new to the industry she has taken the task in her stride and has the confidence to contact Waterloo TP management for units that are heading into the station. Equally, she will liaise with the TPMs elsewhere across the network.
Our SQE rectification time has been above target since she took over the role and she helps us to be proactive and ensure a high inspection score in the first place.“
