“On the 18th December we at Marylebone Station faced one of our train being on fire. I was the Duty Manager that night and Rebecca was clocking off after a full days work. we both were fairly new in our role, but working with Rebecca that night felt like I have the support of the army. She didn't just assist me but she looked after the very upset customers, staff and she managed to keep such a positive big smile on her face. Her communication skills were excellent she made sure everyone was well updated with the relevant information and she worked until early hours of the next morning to make sure all staff went home safely.“
