“I have worked with Graham, the local union and health and safety rep at Victoria, since I started at the depot in August 2015. I have worked with a number of union reps in the time I have been in the rail industry but Graham has to be the most dedicated. He is always available to his colleagues and to the Managers at Victoria and plays a key role in keeping the depot running smoothly. He supports his colleagues with issues they face whilst also encouraging them to discuss any concerns with their line manager. Graham has contributed to a very collaborative union relationship at Victoria depot with his open and honest approach. Graham is a pleasure to work with and I feel fully deserving of this award.“
