“Passenger Service Coordinators (PSC Team) are amazing they support colleagues being the first people who phone colleagues when they have been verbally or physically assaulted to provide support and escalate to relevant managers as necessary.
The team really care about all the staff that work for Southeastern and this shows with the tremendous empathy they use.
Members of the team have been known to visit stations they know are having real problems with anti social behaviour and let them know we in the PSC care and their reports are being dealt with.
PSC Team also have a huge workload dealing with Sick Line calls, Help Point Calls.
The PSC also manage all the Mobile Assist Team ensuring passengers with accessible travel needs have the support and assistance they require to travel on Southeastern.“
