“Peter is one of our longest serving members of the engineering team but still has the same level of enthusiasm as if it were his first day. Peter is involved in fault finding and identifying fault trends to ensure we deliver best level of MPC. Peter recently worked with the tech office to improve reliability of the cab bell as it has long been problematic. The solution was to move the signal bell into the cab vestibule roof. This has been a massive success and the feedback from train crew has been extremely positive. During my time working on the shop floor I had the pleasure of working alongside Peter, he is an absolute fountain of knowledge and an asset to the engineering department.“
