He understands his role and why it adds value to the business and does his best each and every day. He has such a positive attitude towards the role which is not only seen every day by his work colleagues and managers but by his customers who travel on his train each day. He is a real credit to Merseyrail. There has been a number of occasions where Paul has come into work last minute or stayed on and worked extra hours for us to ensure there was no impact on the service, Paul does this without even realising how supportive it is to the business.
