“Since Aaron became involved with the IRM system he has brought new ideas to the team is able to work on his own or within a team group and of course also brings a bit of Youthfulness to the team. He has progressed within the business from a part time cleaning role to initially providing cover for IRM functionality within engineering user for Leave, Sickness, Training etc… up to a full time user. Since covering as a full time employee, Aaron has progressed within his own department and has progressed quickly and easily within the Resource Management system. He has his own ideas and is very supportive of the team. He has become a main user of the MA Function within the system and again keeps this updated for the Engineering department. He is a major part of the team for going forward and I have no doubt that with his potential he will progress even further the longer he is with our Company. He has displayed maturity, meeting any deadlines needed for using the system on a daily & weekly basis and has taken the task of Hidden 18 reporting within the Engineering department in his stride. The introduction of the new clocking on/off facility in the department has also been locally driven for any updates/upgrades with him assisting the team.“
