Said the following about Orin Pile-Gray:

“Orin is an asset to Southeastern. He has received a lot of customer prases and also his Line Managers have praised his customer service skills in several occasions.

There was an elderly lady who seemed lost at the Station and Orin noticed this and approached the lady. Lady was suffering from Parkinsons disease and Orin ensured that the lady got sufficient support and assistance. This customer was so impressed about Orin's customer service skills she approached Parkinsons Society and asked if they could do an article about Orin. Parkinsons society did an interview about Orin which became a large feature posted on Parkinsons Disease Society's Facebook page.

There was also a short film/ interview which was made by Southeastern communications department about Orin. This video is available on youtube and video and demostrates what brilliant customer service Orin deliveres everyday.

Orin is a very good team player and he has shared his best practices that he displays to other colleagues to enhance the customer experience our passengers are entitled to receive.“
