Her journey, as a distinction awarded, Apprentice, that lead to this supervisory role, as for many, was impacted with many things. She used the skills the qualification gave and prepared her for, to mold her into the staff member we are so proud of. She will happily tell you the skills she learned has helped her to apply that foundation of leadership into all that she does. She now supports current Apprentices in her team, offering one to one help, knowing how hard a full time job and qualification is. She is now molding our current staff in the most fantastic way. She is a go to Frontline expert for our Learning and Development team whilst also being involved in projects and helping us ever improve and develop all of our training.
