Said the following about Andrew Daniels - **HAS LEFT**:

“Demonstrates all Greater Anglia values in his role and apprenticeship: Professional, Proactive, Inclusive and Honest.

Andrew Daniels has completed his award on time and this is an excellent achievement, considering the last two years.

His work really was good and I could see he had put a great deal of thought into it to reflect his knowledge and experiences. I think the main point was his application and pro active approach to the whole award which make him stand out and worthy of a nomination.

Daniel has demonstrated an outstanding commitment and admirable dedication to his personal and professional growth throughout his apprenticeship journey!

Andrews testimony on the programme:

‘With the new knowledge and experience I have developed a confidence in my abilities. I learnt so many things that I’m sure will help me progress into a Team Leader/Supervisor role in the future.’

When starting this Apprenticeship it was clear that there was going to be a lot of work ahead of me, but the support I received from my Skills Tutor was a big part of my success.

While I am of the belief that you ‘get out what you put in’. Being able to reliably go to my Skills Tutor for assistance reduced the stress of the more difficult topics/assignments where I had less experience to draw upon. On numerous occasions I was able to generate ideas and get prompt feedback on work which helped me continue to move forwards.

One of the earlier modules really stands out to me personally. This was the module titled ‘Self Awareness’. By engaging in this topic and its assignments, I learned so much about myself. It really highlighted for me what was going well and what I needed to improve and learn to achieve my own goals. It also reminded me that development is an ongoing thing, and we can always stride to improve ourselves in the things we do whether that be personally or professionally.

By completing this Apprenticeship programme I have been able to develop my knowledge and skills in areas I previously had limited experience in. With the new knowledge and experience I have developed a confidence in my abilities. I learnt so many things that I’m sure will help me progress into a Team Leader/Supervisor role in the future.’“
