Said the following about Nabeel Shah:

“Nabeel commenced his journey with Keltbray in November 2021, assuming the role of a graduate engineer based in Crewe. He wasted no time delving into comprehensive initial training, encompassing vital certifications such as OLEC 1&2, PTS, Emergency First Aid, and Introduction to MEWPs, among others. Through this foundational training, Nabeel quickly adapted to Keltbray’s operating systems and procedures, paving the way for him to gain valuable experience in various departments within the wider group.

In January 2022, Nabeel transitioned to the Doncaster office, marking a significant milestone in his journey. Here, he dedicated time to collaborate closely with the planning team, affording him a valuable glimpse into Isolation and Possession planning—an essential aspect of our operations. Nabeel’s approach to work was nothing short of exemplary, and his exceptional work ethic was quickly recognised by the team. He showcased an eagerness to embrace new challenges, demonstrating both potential and determination.

Two years into the project, Nabeel has gone from strength to strength, and now serves as an Assistant Project Manager within the project management team. This progression speaks volumes about his growth and adaptability, reflecting a promising trajectory within our organisation. Determined to continually push his boundaries and evolve, Nabeel is currently furthering his abilities and broadening his skill set through active participation in an Associate Project Manager apprenticeship, seamlessly integrating this activity with his daily duties and pursuing ambitions for a future Project Manager role. Nabeel's dedication and commitment exemplify the ethos of continuous improvement and advancement within Keltbray, solidifying his role as a dynamic and invaluable member of our team.“
