“Whilst working at the station, Mobile Assist Colleague Moses Ibironke noticed a customer at the end of the platform wasn’t getting on trains so he tried to speak to them and stayed close to keep watch.
Sadly, Moses’ suspicions were correct, and the person ran towards the next train coming in. Luckily, Moses was close enough to be able to stop and restrain them, although they continued to try to self-harm by head butting the floor. Other colleagues quickly joined Moses to help comfort the person in distress.
If Moses was not there the person would have been struck by a train.
