Said the following about Mike Mitchell:

“Nothing is too much for Mike, he strives to provide the very best training experience for each and every one of his delegates. Taking the new experiences from the training environment as well as from real-life hands-on technical faults and embedding these back into the learning to provide the delegates with first class training. Mike takes the experiences that he has from being a Field Engineer into the training environment, having his day job and providing first class training. Mike works with the development teams and projects, always striving to give his very best to every requirement. Mike creates training, and has set up his own training environment. His passion and dedication to training shines from him, he is totally inspirational and a role model.

Mike is also involved with helping children with learning and encouraging them to think about the railway and telecoms as a career by providing presentations. Mike's engagement with projects has enabled great cost savings to be made within so many projects, always looking at intuitive, interactive ways of training delivery always thinking about what is best for the learner to make sure their learning experience is the very best, providing the learner with all the information and skills they need to be competent and confident.“
