“I am nominating Mick Schruyers for his continued effort and commitment to the projects. Mick has been working along with ourselves for a number of years and has become a member of the team here at NWR.
What ever is thrown at him work wise he has helped and completed a number of tough recruitment drives. Also along with this he has always gone the extra mile to resolve issues and brought a number of different ideas to how we move forward with key hires, as well as this he has always helped new additions to the railway grow there experience and knowledge improving there skills along the way.
This will be the third time I have nominated Mick and again it is well deserved.“
