Michael has driven forward initiatives such as: promoting STEM activities amongst young rail professionals; organising informative and engaging workshops and site tours e.g. behind the scenes on the Birmingham Gateway Project; and bringing together people new to the industry for social events.
Michael would be quick to say that the above work is not just down to him but the calmness and clarity of his leadership spurs on his committee to achieve our shared goals.
