“I’m nominating Mark. I was from the Princes Trust scheme and he trained me for a month. He was so lovely, open & made me feel so welcome when I came from such a different background to everyone else being trained.
He was kind, entertaining, and friendly and he kept in contact with me as I told him about my anxiety and my personal life. He assured me that he would always be there for me and I spoke to my line manager a few times to ensure I would have a good transition into the role.
