The team are highly motivated in the learner/delegate experience/learner journey not just in the classroom but also within the route. Building relationships, investing not just their time but themselves, and believing in people.
Wales & Western have also become not just a high-performing team but also meets the needs of its customers by going the route to facilitating, coaching and mentoring individuals whether vocational or academic all workforce Development specialists are proficient in their respective technical aspects but also embody fantastic inclusive people skills. They are leading the way for the future of vocational training. The team also work in partnership with the route to find innovative solutions to training and development, embracing technological advances that could enhance training experiences for all.
Taking this further, the team are now overseeing most aspects of the apprentice training, creating safe spaces, for individuals to engage and learn. The team are also community-minded helping local charities where possible such as local scout groups and schools etc.“
