“Lucy joined the ISC team in March 2014 after gaining a BA (Hons) in Media Studies and then deciding she would like a change of career already! With her heart set on becoming a qualified accountant, we vowed to help Lucy achieve her goals. She rose to the challenge and passed her AAT Level 2 with flying colours, and is now working towards AAT Level 3.
Lucy is an invaluable member of the ISC team, she is extremely versatile and takes an enthusiastic, disciplined approach to any task she is faced with. Lucy’s maturity and versatility has also led us to involve her in an exciting new technology project we are currently progressing for one of our clients.
Working closely with myself (General Manager Sadie Coventry), Lucy has not only learnt our accounting systems, Project Accounting and Quality systems in record time, she has also initiated time-saving and cost-reducing procedures, further benefiting our clients, and consequently the rail industry.
