“Louis started as an apprentice with GTR in the People Development Team at Three Bridges Rail Operating Centre (Control) in the autumn of 2016 and has been attending Crawley College in order to complete his Apprenticeship Qualification in Business Administration. He has gone above and beyond what has been required of him is his role and his salary was increased earlier this year to reflect this. He has recently been successful in securing a permanent position as a Customer Ambassador in another team here in Control. His tutor/assessor has said his college work is excellent and other managers have said his work here has been to an exceptionally high standard.“
