Said the following about Leeah Cook - **HAS LEFT**:

“Leeah joined the station team in Edinburgh in 2016 after 9 years on board and has been a fabulous addition from the get go. She has energy and a refreshing perspective on all things we do as a team. She is always willing to offer ideas and get stuck in. She has a passion for animals and she has raised over £5000 in the last 2-3 years for local and overseas animal charities. She took a personal trip to a shelter in Bucharest with £2300 she had raised with the support of colleagues in Edinburgh.

She raised £1700 for the SSPCA when she collected and raised awareness on the station.

Leeah's bubbly personality and passion has helped create a buzz in the station and because of that her fundraising has been a great success. Even the other TOC's get involved too.

She has supported local school visits to raise awareness about safety and rail travel, often taking herself out of her comfort zone to do so.

From a customer experience perspective, she showed great initiative this year and put herself in the shoes of an Edinburgh Festival goer. In her own time she put together a booklet for customers highlighting places of interest, venues, maps and places to eat. What a great example of putting the customer first!!

For all of these reasons i think Leeah deserves this great recognition.“
