“Dan is the station supervisor at Tonbridge and during his time there he has been a great support to all the staff and customers and is also very knowledgeable.
He has had to deal with attempted suicides, service disruptions, knife attacks, various different assaults to not only towards him but other staff and customers. He has dealt with heart attacks, car accidents outside the station and he never looks for any acknowledgement or reward. He just sees it as part of his job.
He is respected and liked by all the staff and also from other departments. He will always help anyone regardless of the situation. He puts others first and is passionate about his job and doing it well. A great asset to any team.“
