“Two separate occasions Yande's action on witnessing a trespass at St Pancras International station, her quick action saved three lives. One occasion it was early morning at 8am and other one 00.20 am midnight. Her visible presence on the platform had saved not only life and further misery to passengers with delay & cancellation. Her action on contacting the signaller and put the block on both lines within a split seconds saved the lives of three young peoples.
Her dedication & attention towards job and skills should be recognised and will be a role model to rest of the Team.“
