Said the following about Keith Boyd:

“Keith joined Bridgeway in April 2013 from WYG where he had had a distinguished career to date delivering difficult Ground Investigation both on and off rail. Keith was brought in as part of Bridgeway Consulting SI/GI expansion plan to establish a team in the South East to manage a newly won framework with Transport for London. Keith managed this contract impeccably and through sheer hard work and a willingness to go the extra mile became an integral part of the team on the LOCIP Programme who’s advice was regularly called upon by the project team when initially planning and scoping up an investigation to be delivered.

Keith to date has managed 16 sites as part of the LOCIP programme for TfL and another 19 projects for Network Rail while at the same time developing and passing on knowledge to his junior engineers. Keith's time management in achieving this has been nothing short of excellent and the progress made with his sub-ordinates in a very short space of time is testament to his skills as a manager and mentor.

Keith is a key figure in our very successful SI/GI Team at Bridgeway, he has brought across fresh ideas and implemented them well. His past knowledge of LUL procedure allowed him to plan and deliver the Structural investigation required as part of LUL's plans to upgrade Finsbury Park Station. As with LOCIP he quickly became an integral part of the team for both scoping and planning.

In recognition of all the previous examples Keith has recently embarked on the role of Survey Co-ordinator for the enabling works at Euston to prepare the station for HS2. This will be his most challenging role to date and will test his not inconsiderable skills. i have no doubt Keith will deliver the project in the same way ha has delivered past projects, in a clam, clear, concise and detailed manner.

Keith has continued to develop and develop others whilst delivering the goods for the client. I have no hesitation in recommending Keith for Rail Project Manager of the year.“
