“I would like to nominate Kayleigh for this award because as over the last year, particularly, she has been an incredible support to the whole team whilst facing challenges of her own, such as performing the role herself whilst the recruitment and training has taken place for 2 additional team leaders. She jumps strives to go the extra mile for us all when we require help. The support she has shown us all has been above and beyond which in turn helps us to provide better support for our customers.

Kayleigh gives us all the boost we need to ensure we are confident in what we do especially when it comes to handling complex enquiries in an efficient manner. Working overtime as much as possible to ensure she is present and supporting the team. Providing guidance whenever it’s required and through any work stream we're on.

Providing the best experience for our customers through whichever channel they contact us is at the centre of her heart and she helps us to provide the best customer service we can with the support and guidance she provides to all her colleagues whilst also challenging behaviours where necessary.

Not only has she supported us with work, but she has also been our listening ear, our rock, and our cheer leader. We are a work family, and no one shows that better than Kayleigh does with her inclusion, dedication, personality, and work ethic.

She is an all-round inspiration to us all!!“
