“I would like to nominate Karen for this award. Fairly new to GA, in the last year, she has had a huge increase in her responsibilities, delivering some fantastic results. For example, Karen supported the new look GA management conference delivering a full, informative and entertaining day. Karen has also challenged how things are done and embedded some great new approaches to internal events and communications, such as; the new intranet, a festival like family fun day that engaged our colleagues with something for everyone! This was new and uplifting, delivering a cheerful relaxed atmosphere. Karen also organised an internal awards event with a difference! Karen readily promotes materials and articles for our team, putting the people agenda equal to other key business priorities. Karen works with a very positive attitude and is always helpful and obliging! She has done a lot for our team (Learning and Development) and is always helpful with ideas and changing the way we do things.“
