“Julian joined the Infrastructure Design Group in March 2017 as the Senior Design Engineer (Track) for Swindon and Cardiff. Since joining, Julian has brilliantly managed a team of seven ranging from new starters to 15 years’ experience, as well as acting CEM and CRE for multiple routes and projects across the country.
I have had the privilege of having Julian as my manager for over 6 months now and I am hugely impressed. He is an example of managerial excellence within our company, his calm, friendly, approachable demeanour makes working with him a pleasure.
Julian is strongly involved with training and mentoring our new starters. He strongly encourages a culture of collaborative learning, which has benefited the team as a whole as we continuously improve.
