“Jon was brought in to Network Rail to build the Bristol in house Civils Design team and has built up a successful team from himself to employing over 30 engineering staff who specialise in Structures and Geotechnical engineering. Jon has managed to build up a reputation with the help of his team that has resulted in several successful projects being delivered with more and more clients interested in employing the Bristol Civils Design Group for their projects.
Jon puts his full trust in his managers and allows them to go about their jobs however if there are any circumstances where his expertise are required he is always happy to assist where possible and makes himself very approachable for any assistance or advice. On a personal level having only been a line manager for a year, Jon has given me some extremely sound and useful advice on multiple occasions on how to deal with situations which has ultimately lead to the situations being dealt with positive outcomes.“
