“I received an email from customer relations regarding a compliment sent in from a customer regarding Jordan Berwick.
“I would like to formally make a compliment about a member of your staff; Jordan (Coach F).
I embarked on the 18:54 train from Durham and was extremely impressed by the level of service I received. I was travelling with five bags (coming back from University) and within minutes of boarding the train I was met by a friendly face. Jordan assisted me to the nearest luggage rack and asked which station I would be departing from, upon receiving the information Jordan informed me he would be back to help me off the train with my luggage. I would like you to pass on my thanks to Jordan, he is truly an asset to your company”.“
