“Joe has been on the Railway a very long time.
Has done a lot of different roles. For some time now Joe has worked in the Ticket Office at Abbey Wood. This is a very demanding station to work. Joe has a wealth of ticket knowledge which he puts to good use. Always offering the best tickets and the easy routes. He is all ways polite and jovial with customers.
Joe has all so trained many members of staff and if in doubt staff will ring him for help. Joe is known locally by customers and staff as Uncle Joe.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for Joe.“
