Said the following about Jack Styles:

“I wrote to Jack’s manager because of the duty of care he showed with a young boy today was amazing. Jack and his colleague initially questioned how old he was, and they said they were not going to let him travel alone after he’d had an argument with his friends and left their residence. The land sheriff called his mum and the ticket inspectors and sheriffs traveled with the boy to Rayleigh station to ensure that he was safely met by his mum. The staff in question were Liam and Arry (inspectors) and Jack whose colleague made a huge effort to reunite a man with his gillet and keys on my journey from Rayleigh earlier in the evening. They reassured the boy who was upset.

These were two journeys which I witnessed them all going above and beyond their duty. I’m sure there are loads of others that haven’t been reported, so credit where credit is due.

I am so pleased his great customer service is hopefully being rewarded. No one deserves it more!“
