“Georgie is just in the process of completing her final apprenticeships modules, and I could not be more proud of her! She started her apprenticeship part time while completing her A levels in 2016.
She joined the team at the Rail Operating Centre at Three Bridges during a period of extensive change and has continued to adapt and change with the business as has been required. When she joined us, she was shy, and lacking in confidence. In the last year, she's become an integral part of her team, not only with the administration skills which she's learnt but also her ability to build relationships with staff across all levels. As a young female within a male dominated environment, she's learnt assertiveness, and been a voice for equality.
She's a hard worker, with a high level of accuracy, and I have no doubt that the skills that she's learnt during her apprenticeship will be benefiting the rail industry for many years to come“
