“Dominic is a co-chair of Inspire, which is Network Rail's gender equality network. Dominic has campaigned tirelessly to advocate for frontline workers to be given PPE that fits them as women. Dominic and the Inspire team issued a survey to their members two years ago regarding PPE for women. Dominic and the team used the results of the survey to take tangible action and in June this year the female PPE was launched for all of Network Rail. Dominic also worked with Dannielle Dickens from the Network Rail EDI team to implement the roll out of free sanitary products this year for all of Network Rail, and partnered with Bloody Good Employers.“
