“I would like to nominate Daniel for an award as recently one of his colleagues was the subject of a verbal attack outside Birmingham New Street Station which left them feeling vulnerable and unable to carry out their role as a Senior Conductor.
Daniel took this person under his wing and took them out on his trains with him to help build his colleague's confidence back up and also support his mental wellbeing after the verbal attack.
Daniel did not have to do this, however, by doing so was great help to his colleague and also the company by supporting his colleague back into the business doing their Senior Conductor role again on their own.“
