“Our team at Heavy Haul, selected David Ambrose as the Rail Manager of the year, due to his outstanding job attitude, hard work and constant kind manners. David has been the finance manager of Freightliner Heavy Haul for the past 3 years. Since starting his team has grown stronger together as he continually support every one of us. Besides Mr Ambrose working on his tasks and helping the rest of the team, he also works on future projects. He is truly passionate about his job. The team doesn't know anyone as hard working as he is. David helps people without asking, therefore not one day passed without him doing overtime. Besides his amazing work, he also has an amazing personality who makes us laugh, creates a good atmosphere, and kindly caring for us. David is the best manager that I have and we truly believe he deserves this prize.

“Hello, I'd just like to write a short note of thanks. I attended the RailStaff Awards on Thursday as part of a small team that was nominated, became a finalist and then we actually won our category!!! It was a fantastic experience to be selected & invited to this extremely well organised event. The entertainment was brilliant, the casino, waltzes & dodgems were such a fun idea and the music was so good, we danced our shoes off..! Hats off to the organisers and such a privilege to be part of such an industry event with so many other great peers and colleagues. Thanks again Gail”
