Said the following about Customer Service Training Team:

“This team has gone over and above to support the successful implementation of the level 2 Passenger Transport Onboard Operative Apprenticeship. Working closely together and with external training providers, they ensure that it is a seamless journey for our new front line recruits. This team has also worked tirelessly training support managers to cover during industrial action, running additional courses, and supporting colleagues during a period of industrial unrest.

The team are also now training huge cohorts of new caters and cleaners to ensure our passengers receive the best possible service. They do all of this under pressure and tight timescales and always with a smile and enthusiasm.“
