“Chris joined the revenue protection team in 2021 and from his first day, Chris displayed relatable skills and an understanding of the role. He is highly proactive and offers support to anyone who is in need. His attitude and ability have helped him to progress very quickly. He is now in a highly challenging role as a LEAD revenue protection officer and is thriving.
He has led by example, he is mental health first aider and a menopause champion. Chris has been instrumental in the office hitting high levels of performance over the last 12 months with levels never seen before. Chris is a caring person, who wants to help as many people as he can. Now he is transforming the office into a place where you can talk openly about you are feeling. At the same time, he shows that he can maintain a balance as our Mental Health First Aider and a lead officer. We look forward to seeing Chris develop and progress within the company, as he has much more to give.“
