‘Really friendly and helpful. She takes great pride in looking after all the customers and is a credit to your company’.

‘She was friendly, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful to all your customers, and paid special attention to those who appeared that they may need more assistance. The announcements were clear and easily understood. Tickets were checked politely.’

‘The guard was concerned for a passenger traveling in the front carriage after the passenger had sustained a minor injury to a leg when sitting on a seat. In addition to collecting ALL of your revenue, Cheryl continued to check on the passenger’s well-being. Cheryl was very friendly, approachable and presented the impression of being organised and caring. The way in which she interacts with your customers is outstanding.’
