“We would like to nominate Beth who works tirelessly behind the scenes to help drive improvement to our passenger Dwell Times (Delay Mins), therefore having an impact on overall customer service

Her dedication to improving performance on the Thameslink route has seen her introduce the production of a monthly performance chart for the drivers.

These charts show where time has been lost while driving, and through working closely with drivers show real time information and feedback with regards to train delays. Beth went one step ahead and used fellow drivers to conduct performance monitoring on some of our train that we would lose time on.

The introduction and production of the monthly performance charts were designed and implemented in her own time and this has seen a dramatic improvement and focus on passenger delay time, therefore improving the passenger experience.

It is Beth work behind the scenes that is helping to improve customer service, and this work highlights her passion for improving customer service in GTR.“
